A: As a realtor partner, you can earn a 2.8% commission based on the total new home build contract price at ratification. The payment structure is simple: $5,000 is paid to you at the start of construction. The remaining balance is paid to you at closing. Renovation you can earn a 1.5% commission on the total renovation contract price at ratification.
Additionally, for every prospective customer you refer who receives an approved building proposal, you will earn a $200 gift certificate as a thank you for your efforts. It’s a win-win for everyone!
