A: As a realtor partner, you can earn a 3.0% commission based on the total contract price at ratification. The payment structure is simple: $8,000 is paid to you at the start of construction. The remaining balance is paid to you at closing.

Additionally, for every prospective customer you refer who receives an approved building proposal, you will earn a $200 gift certificate as a thank you for your efforts. It’s a win-win for everyone!
