  After the initial free 3-hours, our consultation fees range from $100 to $500 per hour. The rate depends on the scope and complexity of the project.

• Flat Fee for Design Phase:
  For a more detailed design phase, we offer a flat fee ranging from $500 to $5,000. This includes preliminary designs and planning tailored to your project’s needs.

• Design & Architectural Consultation:
  For architectural services, including detailed drawings and designs, fees range from $2,000 to $15,000. The cost depends on the complexity and customization required for your home.
