Client Satisfaction
We believe in transparent, up-front pricing with no hidden surprises. Every home we build starts with a published Base House Price that you see on each plan. Below is exactly what that price covers and what it does not cover * (unless specifically listed on the home design).
What’s INCLUDED in the Base House Price

Most homes end up between 8-18% above the published base price once lot costs, site work, permits, and typical upgrades are added.

Every base price you see on our website is for construction of the home only. We are happy to build on your lot or we help you find one.

Material and labor costs can fluctuate. Base prices are valid for 30 days from quotation date. Signed contracts lock your price.
